Having experienced plenty of excitement during elk season in November of last year I decided that next fall was too long to wait to go hunting again. First come first serve spring bear tags for southwest Oregon went on sale December 1st. ODFW will sell 4000 of the tags to eager hunters. The tag is usually sold out by mid February. So if your like me and can't wait until next fall to go hunting hop in your truck and drive on down to your local sporting goods store before they sell out!

Spring Bear Season Starts April 1st!!!
